Janessa from San Diego, Jacob from Vermont, our mutual story begins in the middle, in Denver, CO
Swing dance lessons at The Mercury Cafe in Denver, Jacob was so focused on not stepping on anyone that he "didn't smile" according to Janessa. She gave him another chance however...
Jacob had to right the wrong that was Janessa's distaste of shellfish, and a home-cooked scallop curry was just the answer... It was Jacob's cooking that really won Janessa's heart.
Jacob absconds with Janessa as they start a home in rural CO, with three chickens and garden to tend for.
After a wild RAAM drive across the US, Janessa joins Jacob at their new place in Washington DC. Quite the change from the quiet of the country, now Jacob and Janessa are full urbanites.
